Why Connect with Other Humane Educators?
Humane education is a force for positive change, advocating for compassion, ethics, and social responsibility. By connecting with other humane educators, you tap into a network of passionate individuals who share your vision of a kinder, more empathetic society. Collaborate, share insights, and learn from each other's experiences to enhance your impact and inspire change on a broader scale.
Southeastern Regional Workshop
Join us on Monday, November 13th as we offer tools to aid you in growing your humane education program. This workshop is also a great professional development opportunity at a fun and convenient location. Networking will be encouraged, so come ready to meet new friends and bring along your favorite lesson or program to share!
The workshop will take place from 9:00AM - 3:00PM at Jacksonville Humane Society (JHS) located at 8464 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32216. Attendees can enter the building using the staff/volunteer entrance to the left of the main "Adoption & Education" entrance, near the small fountain. A sign will be placed outside the entrance to help direct you.
A vegetarian lunch will be provided. For more details on lodging or to register for the Southeast HE workshop, click here! You don't have to be an APHE member to attend the workshop, so spread the word!
