Find, Hire, Keep: How to Hire, Find, and Keep Amazing Summer Camp Staff

Join us for an engaging and dynamic workshop that will explore how to hire, find, and keep amazing summer camp staff. The San Francisco SPCA team will be providing materials and information based on their 1,000+ participant summer camp which includes a team of 15 camp staff. We will be covering subjects such as platforms to find candidates, diving into types of interview questions, what to look for in applicants, as well as training methods and how to keep them engaged and happy all summer long.There will be activities for all participants to learn and share from each other as well as each participant will gain access to the SF SPCA Hiring Resource Guide- a manual with templates and printouts for all things hiring !
