Join fellow APHE educators on an adventure and tour through 435 acres of stunning meadows and forests at the Northwest Trek Wildlife Park. You'll get an eye-to-eye view of fascinating animals like the new moose calves, Roosevelt elk, bison, and more as they explore their natural habitat.

A friendly naturalist will lead the tour, sharing fun facts about the animals you're seeing. APHE excursion goers will get up close encounters with animal ambassadors and behind the scenes activities. Every season offers something new: babies in spring and summer, elk bugling in the fall, and animals in thick woolly coats in winter. Excursion will leave at 8:30am on Saturday, April 8th from the University Inn.
