B.A. in History and Anthropology, and perusing a Master of Arts in Education.

Hobbies/Special Area(s) of Interest
Being outdoors in whatever fashion I can find it, antiquing, bluegrass music, visiting museums, crafting, and being with my family and friends.

I Share My Home With:
My two dogs Dottie and Zydeco, four cats, Strudel, Rasta, Wolfgang, and Inky, a Chuckwalla lizard, Francis, a Western Hognose snake, Puff, my hissing cockroaches, Eek and Yikes, and a Husband, Brian, that lets me keep him too.

I Chose to Work in Humane Education Because:
One of the things I enjoy most about this field is it allows me to combine my love for animals, and the environment, to educate people on the tremendous impact we have on both. When I go into a classroom or present a program, it never feels like something I’m paid to do. This is what I believe and how I feel I should live my life. Although I look forward to a time when I am no longer needed because we find ourselves in a caring and aware world, I am glad to be associated with a field I love.
