I Chose to Work in Humane Education Because:
As a Humane Officer, 75% of my job was educating people about the proper care of their animals; it was the part of my job I enjoyed. When an opportunity became available to become a Humane Educator, I took a huge leap and moved across the U.S. from California to Florida. I have not regretted it for a moment! I have held a few positions over the past 15 years, and I have to say that as the Humane Education Specialist, I have never been happier.
